So many people struggle with making time for their workouts when they have a super busy and hectic schedule.
They tend to forget their priorities which make them ineffective towards things that they are trying to achieve.
First things first, you calendar it just like you would any other really important appointment. Oftentimes, the only place you can fit it in, is first thing in the morning.
We know, we know… of course you want to sleep in, especially if you were up late the night before, but maybe it’s time to take a closer look at those priorities.
Are you staying up really late to watch reality TV rather than going to bed at an hour that would allow you to get up early to workout?
What types of things are you spending your time doing throughout the day?
Are they all really necessary, productive, and good for your well-being?
This week, try putting everything you do each day into your calendar, to the point that you almost feel like you are micromanaging your schedule, just to be able to get a visual of where you are spending your time.
This includes things like:
Once you have your calendar set for the week–and this is your honest to God, real-deal calendar… NOT the calendar you WISH you had–take a hard look at it.
Do you see any areas that need adjusting?
In other words, what are your priorities?
Are there any areas of your life that need to become a priority that currently are not?

If you think you don’t have time to workout, take good care of yourself, and do things that are going to better your life… then you won’t.
