When was the last time you danced for no particular reason at all? When was the last time you laughed so hard your face hurt or you cried or you almost peed your pants? I hope your answer is, “Just now! As a matter of fact, I just came back from running to the bathroom. Thank goodness I made it in time!”
A big part of making health and fitness fun is being lighthearted and easy about it. One of the best ways to loosen yourself up, is to allow the goofy, dancy, super-silly parts of you to shine through often.
Make being silly a priority today. Have fun with yourself and those around you.
