Inspired by those sexy stilettos were going to focus on your legs for this week’s Fitness Friday. As we know stilettos make our legs longer, leaner and accentuate the muscles.stilleto-workuot

Very feminine, very sexy and that was the inspiration for this. But unfortunately stilettos alone cannot give you stiletto worthy legs; you’re going to have to put a little time and effort in to achieve those sexy legs.

We’ve got 19 exercises in this series. The first half you are going to focus one side of your body, and the second half we will focus on the other side. One leg at a time.

The Workout

  • Plié Sun Salutations (20 reps)
  • Tippy Toe Hops (20 reps)
  • Plié Pulses (20 reps)
  • One Leg Toe Touches (20 reps – left)
  • Standing Stick w/ Toe to Heel Touches (20 reps – left)
  • Vinyasa to Downward Dog (2 exercise in 1)
  • Downward Dog Hip Drop (20 reps)
  • Sitting on Butt Thigh Burst (20 reps)
  • Warrior Burst (20 reps)
  • One Leg Toe Touches (20 reps – right)
  • Standing Stick w/ Toe to Heel Touches (20 reps – right)
  • Vinyasa to Downward Dog (1 time)
  • Downward Dog Hip Drop (20 reps)
  • Sitting on Butt Thigh Burst (20 reps)
  • Ballet Bar Pose (20 reps – left)
  • Ballet Bar Pose (20 reps – right)
  • Tippy Toe Hops (20 reps)

Those are your 19 exercises. We are really working every muscle in your legs to give you those sexy, long, lean stiletto legs!
