In this week’s Fitness Friday we are going to show you 6 moves to get sleek sexy abs that you can do anywhere.

Today we are going to flatten your abs using just a mat and a ball (just like the ones you buy for kids).

Let’s get it started.

Superstar Abs Workout

The Workout

  • Glute Bridge – 15 reps
  • Reverse Crunch – 15 reps
  • Crunch with Raised Legs – 15 reps
  • Elbow-to-Knee Crunch – 20 reps
  • Side Plank Lift – 10 reps (2 seconds hold)
  • Side Plank Lift (other side) – 10 reps (2 seconds hold)
  • Plank – 30 seconds hold

I recommend completing this circuit 2-3 times.
