Arizona is a great place to visit during Memorial Day Weekend!

The Antelope Canyon near Page is known for its 100-mile, 50-mile, 55k, and half marathon races in the winter. After the race, you rejoin in Sedona, which is a three-hour drive from Page, Arizona. If you like hiking the Red Rock Crossing is an amazing place to hike and get to use one of the spas.

Koh Samui Island, Thailand

Kamalaya Koh Samui is a great place to travel on your own, but also great for a group of people! They have a health luxury resort on Koh Samui, which circles a cave, which Buddhist Monks used to use to meditate.

The resort has so many wellness programs to choose from which includes, meditation, yoga, and stress-relief. If you feel like one set path isn’t going to help you with your wellness journey and retreat don’t worry you are actually able to choose an a la carte experience. This actually means you can schedule individual events and sessions that you feel you need in your wellness journey!

Miami

Miami is known for its beaches. Go for a long run on the Miami Beach Boardwalk which is a four-mile stretch that runs from North Beach to South Beach.

There are many hotels you can stay at in Miami. Of them all, 1 Hotel South Beach has an amazing fitness center, SoulCycle studio, yoga, Pilates, and meditation classes. All of these are great for working out and being healthy. And on top of that, Plnthouse, one of the hotel restaurants gives out vegan and vegetarian from their chef Matthew Kenney.

Brooklyn, New York

May is the perfect time to be in New York City. The weather is perfect with mild temperatures, it’s right before the summer vacation rush. It is the time to take advantage of the city. If you’re looking for the path less traveled, go to Brooklyn, which also has plenty to offer!

If you’re a runner, Brooklyn offers many scenic running trails, including Prospect Park and Brooklyn Bridge Park. Brooklyn also has many great hotels, including the 1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge.
