Arizona is a great place to visit during Memorial Day Weekend!
The Antelope Canyon near Page is known for its 100-mile, 50-mile, 55k, and half marathon races in the winter. But even during the summer, you can still run when it’s not too hot outside. The views are amazing and anyone running will get to see glimpses of gorgeous of Glen Canyon Dam and Lake Powell.
After the race, you rejoin in Sedona, which is a three-hour drive from Page, Arizona. If you like hiking the Red Rock Crossing is an amazing place to hike and get to use one of the spas.
Kamalaya Koh Samui is a great place to travel on your own, but also great for a group of people! They have a health luxury resort on Koh Samui, which circles a cave, which Buddhist Monks used to use to meditate.
