Preheat oven to 325° F.
In a medium bowl combine the dry ingredients (oatmeal, protein powder, and dry milk). Set aside.
In another bowl, using an electric mixer or blender, combine cream cheese, egg whites, bananas, water, and oil. Add the oat mixture and continue blending until homogeneous.
Pour batter into a square pan sprayed with cooking spray and bake for 30-35 minutes.
